• Personal Information: This includes data that can identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you voluntarily provide when registering for Work5, using the app, or contacting us through the form on this website. Contact form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree and delivered to us by email.

• Non-Personal Information: When you use the Work5 app, we may process basic technical information such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type as part of standard server logs. This helps us keep the service secure, improve app performance, and troubleshoot issues.

Connecting Your Google Account (Gmail)

Work5 offers an optional feature that lets you connect a Google (Gmail) account so you can manage your shop’s email from inside the app. This connection is made only when you choose to enable it, and you can disconnect it at any time. When you connect Gmail, Work5 requests permission to view your email messages and settings and to send email on your behalf, and uses that access only to provide the features you have enabled — such as reading and displaying your email threads with customers and leads, suggesting new leads, drafting replies, and, at your direction, sending messages from your connected address.

We store a secure authorization token for your connected account together with the email data needed to power those features. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Connections inside Work5, or revoke Work5’s access from your Google Account permissions page; when you disconnect, we stop accessing your account and delete the stored token.

Work5’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security protocols to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The Work5 app uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You can manage your cookie preferences directly in your browser settings.
