Delete it in the app
Signed in to Work5? Open Profile (tap your name or photo), scroll to Delete account and choose Delete my account. Your login closes immediately.
A shop’s owner or only admin can’t delete their own account until someone else is made an admin in Team, so the shop is never left without anyone in charge. To close a whole shop, use Settings in Work5 or contact us.

No access to the app? Send this form, or email support@work5.app from the address on your account. We confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login. You can no longer sign in.
- Your personal details: email address, phone number, profile photo, bio, PIN, notification settings and phone notification sign-ups.
What your shop keeps
Work5 is business software, and the work you did belongs to your shop’s records. Your name stays on past time entries, jobs, notes, quotes and invoices, so the shop’s payroll history and books stay correct. Those records are kept for as long as the shop uses Work5, and longer only where the law requires it, for example tax records.
